Qualifications and Skills required
- Good command of English
- Must have past writing experience of 1 year+ with Facebook ads / landing pages / e-commerce sites.
- Understand human psychology, persuasion, buying decisions, sales objections.
- Understand direct response elements including but not limited to hooks, leads, angles, offer, risk reversals, urgency, and scarcity.
- Passionate about copywriting and wants to focus on honing copywriting skills to a deep level Interest/ability to do deep research in e-commerce products.
- Must understand how to identify & improve persuasive elements in ads
Roles and Responsibilities
- Writing copies for e-commerce brands for following channelsFacebook ads, Instagram ads, Google Search
- Website product description updates
- Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs.
- Conducting research like amazon review mining to formulate ideas or support writing.
- Learning about the target audience for copy. Researching our target market, collecting new information regularly and understanding their pain points, desires and purchase triggers. This is the MOST important skill you need to develop in order to be an amazing writer.
- Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate, and actionable content.
- Optimising and tweaking ad copy, headlines etc for winning ads to consistently improve results.

- Salary: 4.2 to 7.5 Lpa (Depending on experience)
