Qualifications and Skills required

  • Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field required.
  • 2+ years experience as a brand strategist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Next-level organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading client meetings, brainstorms and ideation sessions
  • Strong creative writing skills to whip up a quippy pitch, an inspiring introduction, or a social-first idea
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Creative and compelling storyteller. With an ability to think and write through the lens of our brands voice and identities
  • Strong research skills.
  • Keen ability to meet hard deadlines and keep track of multiple projects
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ideating strategies for creative and copies that will be used in performance marketing campaigns for projects that span experiential, video --content, social, and more
  • Monitor & Analysing the creative performance and coming up with insights and actionables that will be data driven.
  • Participating in brainstorms with the Performance marketing team on the content and creatives that can be used.
  • Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends that can be used for existing clients.
  • Performing market research regarding customer demographics and behaviour
  • Writing persuasive, on-brand pitches for marketing proposals to bring your ideas to life
  • Defining KPI’s & monitoring the progress of marketing media throughout development

  • CTC: 5-9 LPA (Depending on experience)
  • Probation period: 4 Months
